1st Miracle Acquires Rights to Produce Duncan Kennedy's 'Wrath of the Sun' With Overbrook Entertainment


LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MVEE), a diversified film and production company, today announced it has acquired the rights to produce a motion picture based on the Duncan Kennedy treatment entitled "Wrath of the Sun." Miracle will develop the screenplay and produce the film with Will Smith & James Lassiter's Overbrook Entertainment. Miracle CEO Tony Cataldo, President Jason Zelin, V.P. of Development, Finley Glaize, & The Steel Company's Gordon Steel and Patrick Aluise will be part of the producing team for the project.

Miracle also has a deal set for Duncan Kennedy (writer of "The Deep Blue Sea") to write the screenplay. It is a high-concept action/adventure epic set in the modern world of urban archaeology.
