MSFT and INTC both gave guidance of slowed but not terrible sales and revenues. I believe the market has just priced in a 9 month recovery period from this date. Therefore I would say the current mood is slightly positive from these low levels. There are also still some winners out there. I mentioned SKX but how about low-priced oil-gas stocks near 52-week lows. And what about techs you still believe in which might jump mightily off these bottoms and out-perform next year. Look for amrket inefficiencies because there are plenty of them right now.
