TLAB's wasn't honoring their purchase commitments because TLAB's business is too weak. RSTN said it won't affect their guidance. I think it signals TLAB's cable business is weak, and that spending in cable is worse than previously expected. Don't think it will affect either share price since these types of lawsuits take years to figure, and if anything one company or the other will take a one time hit to EPS from a special charge if there is ever any settlement. Lawyers fees should modestly hurt expenses.
