Thanks for your positive outlook. I'm still bent though.

4x margin outweighed by effect on shorting imo. Their definition of "pattern daytrader" leaves a lot to be desired, most people will sneeze 4 daytrades in 5 minutes let alone 5 days. If you are thus classified, there is a 90 day margin restriction placed on your account. 90 days without being able to short. NASD is saying you need 25k to short. Ugh. I'll stop ranting now.
