Mike, I was just listening to CNBC (yeah, I admit I watch it constantly), and they're reporting that SSB is saying that Microsoft did not reaffirm guidance yesterday, but instead said they had not changed their guidance from July. Interesting.

08:42 ET Bernstein on Telecom Equip. : Hearing from sources at Bernstein that analyst Paul Sagawa believes that deteriorating conditions point to many earnings misses in Q3; says that in order of severity, ERICY, NT, MOT, LU, and NOK are all risks to preannounce disappointing Q3 earnings and/or revenues; Sagawa cuts 2001 EPS estimates on all five; says that meaningful inflection point is 6 months away and industry growth is 18 months away.
