On the contrary I am just pointing out that you need to understand what you are saying before you post it and remove all doubt from the readers mind about your lack of understanding of the subject matter. It has nothing to do with my gains or losses. I'm just trying to point out that I wouldn't throw a whole bunch of money at this thing thinking a buyout is a sure bet. I am also trying to point out to you that either they bring the company around or sell it off. Filing chapter 7 will not help. Filing chapter 11 will help them get rid of any bad leases and other misc. items they may have collected over the years.
