My wife found that she was arriving everywhere 10 minutes early- since she was used to fighting traffic for 15-20 minutes to get anywhere before. I think alot of the 'bubble' money in this area went into property and housing. Lots of stuff on the market now. I'm leery of buying until I sell my old place though- as a RE deflation could happen in the mean time and cross me.
