So, you are saying that Israel is in the same class with the countries surrounding it, and should be compared/contrasted with those countries? I had thought the Zionist point of view is that Israel is a Western democracy, and should be held in that light. No my view is that we should complain loudest about countries where human rights abuses are worst, and about abuses in our own country when we find them. Also while I view unjust discrimination as a bad thing it is not the only human rights abuse and I find that for some reason it gets more attention then others but if someone is trying to bash my head in I don't care much if it is because he hates white people or Americans, or if it is just because he wants my money or disagrees with me politically. I would be more worried about the swinging club then I would be about his motivations. Tim
