I bought the warrants instead of the common shares. They can be converted at $4 and are good until 2004. If you buy 'em, however, you gotta keep a close eye on 'em as the company too has the right to convert him under certain conditions--I think if the stock trades over eight for 30 days. And if you don't convert within the specified time, you can lose everything. It appears from the below chart that the warrants, more than not, trade in higher value.
