Wow, ... it's really quite amazing that the "old gang" all managed to keep their mouths shut about this one until the deal was announced. Probably one of Falco's conditions to signing the deal, ... apparently it wasn't one of Teck's conditions when they were funding and operating <ggg>. Hey! Wait a minute! ... Wasn't there a half million share cross a couple of days ago? <ggg> Somebody had better check all the insider accounts! Hey King-ster, ... nice heads up call on your "pending deal" tip-off post for us! Even though it was the wrong company, it sure got the discussion going.
