Hmmm. . . implying that after the flat, a continuation of the downside? So, if this was the 'a-b-c' you talked about earlier, this was the "b" making new lows?

Just to toss into the mix, if one buys into that whole Arms signal (the two day one, not the 10 dma one), historically, the bottom should be no later than today. Now, I am sure that if the bottom comes tomorrow or Monday and is followed by a rally, the history of the Arms signal can be changed, but for those unwilling to play for the myth, this signal could give reason to nibble long.
