Or like a quip from my former profession - a Trial Judge is like a surgeon in the operating room while an Appellate Judge is like a pathologist performing the autopsy. Seems that the analogy is apt for Traders v. Analysts as well. Maybe more so, considering the state of health of the markets and stocks of late. <VBG>
