You are 110% right about MU. Even IF you averaged their earnings out over the course of an entire top to bottom multi year earnings cycle they are overvalued.

But RIGHT can and will get you hung when you are dealing with the MU trading bunch. Might it be better to just leave it alone, rather than going as deep as you plan? I hope you will consider hedging with some Calls. Or since it seems to be going your way presently, set some good stop losses.
