Notice how both NSM and LSI are still much higher from their late 1998 lows which was the previous bottom of the cycle.

That could be viewed either as a sign of strength, or a sign that they still have room to fall, considering that Nasdaq and Nasdaq 100 are both nearing their 1998 fall lows.
