Re "decisions" and "expensive": I am not so much referring to domestic policy or enforcing conservation measures or anything like that. I am talking about foreign policy. The Gulf War, after all, wasn't just about Saddam. It was about oil. What was the cost in dollars? Lives?(Ours, of course. We apparently didn't place too much value on theirs) How much is too much? Where will the next confrontation be?
