THe US economy has a potential to grow 4%. If it grows .2% it is growing below capacity. Hence we have overcapapacity in every sector of the economy.

Now stretch this to Europe and major industrial nations of the world. We have the biggest economies of the world growing below capacity. Look to Japan -the most immigrant averse country of the world- it is growing below capacity for more than ten years.

That's why I propose mass immigration so tha those economies grow according to -or close to their potential.
