Dear Charles: Cause you dont get a gift every year of the option to buy shares presently at a very low price. Charles, HOW COULD YOU?? I think you are getting demoralized, cheer up, fretting around isnt going to change anything. Look at this as an upcoming opportunity to do it all over again. jdn
