Mike,

I think that you make a good point about the just how quickly earnings expectations can change, especially in this environment. However, I think that this management team stands heads and shoulders above the group at Broadcom.

I also feel that there is a better chance of the wireless buildout resuming than there is for the communications chip sector.

Except that, and especially these days, people make stock buy/sell decisions based on reported PE's. Relevant or not, the PE offers one measure or perception of value.

Which was the essence of my question to Jacob; will Qcom go down in this heavy bear market because it is perceived as "priced too high"?
