You mean if anybody really cared and we took the time to make sure people who killed were not walking the streets?
I think in that situation 75% of the cases would be solved.

Obviously if Condit was responsible he did not get his own hands dirty. Which makes him even more reprehensible.

The police don't regard a missing persons report a crime, therefore they don't want to waste time and budget on finding anyone... Chandra's case is not a missing persons case, it really is a kidnapping, but the Democrap police department in D.C. decided to sandbag the case and let is slide..... sadly, politics as usual.....
