Ole, thanks for the info. I have done what you suggested and sent a message (for what it's worth).

Yes, it does sound like an ruptured cerebral aneurysm but without any real facts one is only guessing. It's a pity if they didn't diagnose it quickly because, in the milder case, it can be clipped and effectively "cured", especially in the hands of a competent surgeon.

Meanwhile we'll keep gassing and guessing about the yellow metal and all it's vagaries!
