maui: "AMD is a side story (at least until Slegdehammer comes)." AMD has been hurt by INTC's P4 price cuts which everyone assumes assures INTC's success...It is that banner story which may be about to be punctured at which time the AMD "sidestory" becomes compelling, perhaps! "You have been bashing P4 (and so is sanders with his 'dud' comment), while to stock slid from "AMD deserves to be twice INTC" to "AMD is less than half INTC". You just keep making the same mistakes over and over again. why ?" I like AMD at $11.35...All kinds of "real" future potential for AMD once the current economic clouds retreat...and you're right, I'm not as convinced as many about the assured success of the P4!!! (Mobiles are likely the way of the future and P4 mobiles may not be able to compete with the A4!
