I see that it says that the insiders "acquired" the shares you mention, the normal term for an insider buy is Purchase but maybe that's in essence, what has gone on here. Its better that at least some are buying vs. the continued selling. Still have to wait till earnings and options repricing b/4 stock should moves. I'd expect mgmt to still build up the deferred revenue and sales to try and close any deal after 9/30. I agree with all of your points........ John
