NEWP was at 22 on July 18 when it reported earnings of 99m... and projected LOWER than 73.6m this next qtr. So lopping off about 27% from 22 equals $16.06.... just to be equivalently priced.

If it dips below, to run up into earnings.....

Hard to say when it'll turn up, but it is likely to be among the first bought. But again, it's gone from 80 to about 16 this year, so institutional tax selling may keep it down for awhile.
