Why ramp up? Why can't 300mm be implemented at current order rates throughout 2002? One would think that all orders, now, are for 300mm which includes shrinks, copper, and low K.

I don't see any signs that semi sales are about to ramp up. There are many signs that sales are bottoming. I think that the businesses of LU, NT, CSCO, NOK, and Erickson need to move before any semi or equip sales ramp up.
