sees this as good and bad for chip equipment makers as maintaining 01 is great, but no guidance whatsoever for 02 is a somewhat of a concern considering it's
already September...

I cannot believe that INTC once again reiterated 2001 capex! Don't they know that doesn't get us a bounce any more??? CONSPIRACY!
