256kbps is not enough to watch nakednews, those kind of
illusions need something like 1-2Mbps to look
somewhat real when they do not move.

10-20Mbps when moving happily.

2Mbps total per cell does not make me want to be a sheik
with his own personal cell and network.

However, CSPAN is great at 20kbps, even at 8kbps.
