Well, the Japanese market could be a model, or we could rebound off April.. however April was a bow shot of what lay ahead. Now that we're trading at what April's worry was, the decision to go lower rests on visibility towards Spring. Poor for tech, better for other industries, but world wide not better than April's worry.

Ask yourself .... what reasons are there for a "real" rally ?
