re: Actually, I think they are ahead of schedule in both of these. He said it once early in the CC, and then again later on. I think where they are behind is in manufacturing cost reductions, but not in headcount or costs based on marketing or R&D.

I meant manufacturing when I said operations. He made some comment like "we still have a few too many heads around".
