She was insisting that Gore would have taken action to save the economy...like give a bigger tax rebate...yeah, well that could work...if they gave me 50k or so.... Anything less than that would be like trying to reinflate a balloon with an inch long hole in it. I think that any tax rebate is a joke, but the fact Boxer came up with a bigger one as the solution just shows her ignorance. But maybe she is right, maybe a democratic administration would try and reinflate the bubble...thus selling our futures for more immediate gratification.
