Westi, reform at home is needed in Mexico. Trouble is they have a huge birth rate and that outstrips reform. In the past the crooked rev party used money for themselves. Will fox be better? will he let a market work and educate his people. Education is the most important need. If the USA needs workers give them one time 6 year visa, then they gotta go home and accept only couples. Trouble is that may not be workable as they will go underground. At the root is soving the problem at home. A temp fix will let them bring some money home. There are few USA citizens swimming across the river to Mexica////why? economic system works here better. Mexicao needs to go right to a market economy and strip the old families of stolen assets(Almost all dmestiic industry is owned in a crookedly acquired manner) Bill
