I guess you haven't been keeping up with recent news.

In August, Henley indicated that earnings should be 8 cents per share through cost cutting but revenue may be lower due to the economic slowdown.

PS - It's good to see people worrying. Remember the quote " The stock market climbs a wall of worry". It probably means that money is on the sidelines waiting to purchase the shares.

Isn't that the trait of a bear market? There is no good news? Negativity is not something people engage in for long periods of time, it is too tiring.

Look at the average length of a bull market vs. a bear market. Bulls have longer time frames because optimism is a natural trait. Fear isn't.
