<<. I am quite positive about the
market's prospects after mid October.>>

May I ask why? And I assume you are calling a bottom in October, which would mean, that will be the best time to load up cheaply? Personally, I have been placing some low ball offers on what i think are quality stocks that will one day return to prominence....but am not loading the boat....each stock I am buying, I am buying in increments.....I set my initial buy price...for instance jdsu at $8.50...and keep buying every couple bucks on the way down...in the end, if jdsu hits $1, and I am still buying, hopefully my cost basis will be low enough that a rise above $10 will give me a nice return..........man, this is like a two year nightmare....absolutley ubelievable........well, hopefully in 5 years or so, companies like jdsu, ntap, atml, sunw and etc, etc, are at much higher levels then todays price.....

TIA
