In the FWIW Department, the three Rydex TA ratios I keep:

Bear Funds/All Funds = 16.4%
(Bear Funds+Money Market)/All Funds = 61.4%
Dynamic Bear Funds/All Dynamic Funds = 53.2%

were all back to, or slightly above, their prior 2001 peaks
last night. (I assume they're even higher at the moment.)

Not sure which ratio (if any) is the "best"; one of the problems
with the Rydex data is the OTC fund, which used to be $2.5
billion but is now less than $900 million, can skew the
results a lot if you let it.
