Quit harping the BS GOP party line. Tax cuts mainly to the rich don't do our economy any good right now Which tax cuts that are effective in 2001 are you referring to that are mainly for the rich? The tax rate is only reduced 1 % for the old marginal rates 28% to 39.6%. Thus, the new rates will be 27% to 38.6% (effective July 1,2001). We have already discussed the elimination of the estate tax is only effective in 2010 and you must die to obtain that benefit so I can't envision that being the tax cut for the rich you are thinking about. BTW: Tim Lamb would like you to apologize for calling him a liar.

Tell it to Billy Dale, the people in Serbia, the owner of the aspirin factory Clinton ordered bombed, the people killed in the Chinese embassy bombing, Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers or any other victims of the criminal enterprise formerly known as the Clinton Administration.....
