That is exactly what I think will happen after lunch: surprise cut.

But boy are we going to have to be fleet of foot to trade it. I can't imagine any pop lasting long.

Supposedly the Fed doesnt intervene on Fridays

That tidbit came across my newsfeed though I cant
find it any more. But I suppose if they deemed this
an emergency they could do what they want - especially
if they got pressure from O'Neill and the WH.
