The next logical step would be to institute a Ministry of Anti-Racism. It's role would be to create a data base categorizing every citizen by race so the other ministries could fine tune their anti-racism policy more effectively. Treasure could setup tax rates for each racial group to equalize the races economically. HEW could give educational subsidies to races falling behind. The FBI could target races under represented in jail for extra scrutiny. Racial profiling is a bad thing so we will have to come up with a different name for it. BLA BLA BLA.
