Expiration isn't for two weeks. There isn't anyone on God's green Earth that has enough money to manipulate a stock like Intel for that long. Heck, there aren't very many that are capable of manipulating Intel for a couple of hours.

Over 175,000 contracts of the Jan. 40 calls and the Jan. 40 '03 calls traded yesterday. Somebody is bullish.
