Well for what it's worth I don't think it is that difficult--(1)Investment tax credit for IT equipment NOW-(2)Capital Gains obliterated-"stupid %^&* tax in the first place (why in America should you ever penalize success)--(3)Fed gets shut down-Long bond takes over as the thermometer of inflation (4)Last mile legislation for the revision of the 1996 telecommunications bill is RAMMED through Congress immediately-Pay raise and tes required for candidacy to serve in the US Government---My own thoughts -September 7th 2001-wbm
