Why Rate Cuts Still Work... biz.yahoo.com Best Regards, Scott BTW, I think our President and administration might be able to do more to help re-establish corporate confidence in spending...Last night on MSNBC Jack Welch commented that the President needs to motivate companies to start spending again. We have gone through a visious cycle where companies are very gun shy and VERY CAUTIOUS (afraid to spend)....there is A LOT of fear out there. FEAR is often FALSE EDUCATION APPEARING REAL. GE's retiring CEO is a legend and clearly understands the way companies in most industries are thinking.
