At what point will Bush have "been in office long enough" that you'll be disappointed he hasn't done anything to improve the situation?

The stock market is telling us it has no faith in THE FUTURE under Bush. It doesn't care much what happened a year ago.

Well I didn't get mine. But I still spent it in anticipation. Bush is a good fella with good heart and soul. I do trust that he will send me the check that he promised from his heart.
The other promises coming from his head are tricky though..
