BTW, Elmer, following up on yesterday's conversation, shareholders of both CPQ and HWP do indeed need to vote on the merger.

And based on conversations with the few institutions that aren't selling stock like mad, that approval is far from certain.

Elmer is right. I was thinking of "hubris" as "humility," sort of.

Yes, I was speaking of the _opposite_ of hubris. I think this has thrown me before, like a word consistently misspelled. Must've been why I got a "B" in the English class where hubris and Greek tragedies were covered.
