Steve, forget tax selling this year, it won't have any meaningful impact like in previous years. Tax selling is mainly to offset capitals gains, since most funds and investors have no gains to offset and for investors tax loss is capped at $3k, no point selling the dogs.

As for upcoming warnings, they are factored into my scenario of the market hitting bottom within the next 2 weeks when I'll complete my purchases.
