The chat is free for all, I don't screen, they don't have to register at all. Only people that come in to bother the group are dealt with. Like someone came in asking questions about who was the best stock picker, then, who was the best pumper etc etc. It was an attempt to annoy, so he got the boot! If I sense a person is in there to insult, attack, or bash - only fitting to let them go.
