Frank. Indeed. Sm cap penny plays in any sector are fraught with these kinds of problems. There were many in the NG E&Ps that came back to haunt investors. I was a bit better with my DD in that sector it would seem. Be interesting to see if class action suits do surface against ECO mgt and whether than, in turn, has any impact upon the completion of the debt for equity exchange. Lot of unknowns out there. Including the issue in the article you posted about who Franco bought those securities from and under what circumstances. It's going to be amusing to see how this all plays out. Regards, Iso
