Only move to this area if you're prepared to slow down and enjoy the scenery. In case it wasn't perfectly clear, I don't drive that fast because I want to. I came of age in New Jersey at a time when they took your license on the spot if you were clocked at ten miles over the speed limit. What I do I do for defensive purposes. In 40 years of driving, I've never been pulled over, even the twenty some years I drove a sports car, perhaps because there are always many going faster. I'd much prefer the driving in Victoria.
