Others have argued that. I don't believe I have.

But even if I had, the consequence doesn't follow.

I teach my dog only to defecate in certain areas of the outdoors, not on the lawn over the septic system. She complies with this "moral" code, moral meaning that acting in some ways is right and others wrong according to the edicts of her particularl deity, but she has no understanding of why I say that, no sense of my motives, and if she tried to construct a motive for me based on what I have taught her to do, I strongly doubt she would come even remotely close to the right answer.

to look at how something is done by a deity require a concurrent
analysis about the why.


I don't see that this is a logical necessity.
