Dear Cheryl: Yes, that was the "bubble" I referred too. Now, I suppose there are no more big bonuses just for accepting a job, nor 6 mo. contracts with big increases at the end for keeping a job. That probably is not favorably looked upon by the programmers and all on this thread, however, I think one has to admit its healthier in the long run for the companies and thus for America. JDN
