I am sorry but it is not necessary to be an IT wizard to be a smart investor. In fact, a lot of the people who got shafted in the ongoing bear-market were technogeeks, who thought that if they understand the technology, then that was all they had to know about investing! They didn't realize that it is far more important to understand business and the economy than technology.
