The CBO has no credibility when it comes to budget forecasts. They are ALWAYS off by substantial amounts. We shouldn't be making ANY policy decisions based on CBO forecasts. We should make policy based on solid economic theory and experience.

That means if we want maximum economic growth, cut income tax rates, especially the highest, eliminate capital gains taxes, slash regulations. The economy will roar ahead and the budget will take care of itself.

I think their budget "As Projected" is just a slight 100 Billion or two off.
