Nextwave's reorg. is funded already without GX. With that being said however, there is plenty of quality assets that will be for sale if GX does indeed get a chunk of cash.

There is more than one conclusion that can be drawn from a round of financing here. First, It will put to rest the question whether there is any shortfall in funding in the current GX business plan. Second, if GX management does use any cash from any forthcoming financing to purchase distressed assets, GX must be more than comfortable with their cash flow position. The only question I have is did they have to sell the farm to get the $. In other words what dilution are we going to experience?

if it were to close higher tomorrow that would appear to finally break the downtrend GX has been in since early July.
